Retainer & Billing
A signed engagement agreement is required before any work can begin.
The Client agrees to pay the Agency a non-refundable $1,500 retainer, which will be debited for billable services. This covers the first 10 hours of investigation, with the remainder applied to report and administrative costs.
Additional funding may be required depending on the scope of the investigation. Hourly rates begin when our investigators
leave our office and end upon return.
Travel and security-related expenses for out-of-state or out-of-country cases will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
There is no charge for the initial consultation.
